Lead Tenancy Services Manager

This challenging leadership role focuses on leading a team responsible for delivering tenancy management services across various programs, ensuring delivery against compliance, policy and KPI standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee rent management, complaints, property handovers, and tribunal representation
  • Manage frontline teams and housing portfolios, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Develop strategies to improve tenant support and stakeholder collaboration
  • Ensure the design and implementation of housing services that prioritise resident wellbeing, accessibility, and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster safe, inclusive, and supportive housing communities

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in operational leadership, tenancy, or housing services, preferably in the community housing sector
  • Proven ability to manage complex tenancy portfolios and develop effective service improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of WA tenancy legislation and social housing practice
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and coaching skills
  • Experience in reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
