Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage tenancy support and property oversight for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) to help NDIS participants live with independence, dignity, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, families, support coordinators, and SIL providers; build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with tenants and their stakeholders; collaborate with internal teams to ensure tenant needs are met and updates are communicated.
  • Tenancy & Information Management: Manage all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle (move-ins and move-outs); ensure tenant details are accurately entered and updated in MYP (CRM); communicate updates to internal departments (support coordinators, SILs, emergency contacts, etc.).
  • Complaints, Issues & Property Oversight: Log and action complaints and incidents; work with property and maintenance teams to resolve concerns and ensure sites are safe, clean, and well-maintained; act as the key liaison for SIL staff regarding property concerns; conduct regular check-ins with tenants; administer satisfaction surveys and escalate at-risk tenancies to management; support retention strategies and promote stable long-term housing outcomes; participate in intake processes and stakeholder meetings; coordinate property readiness (furniture, customisation, defects, key handover, induction); train SIL and tenant support teams on property procedures and expectations.
  • Community Engagement: Attend expos, networking events, and client meetings; contribute to building our presence within the disability and NDIS community.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in tenancy or property management, client support, or community services.
  • Familiarity with SDA, NDIS, or disability accommodation is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High attention to detail and experience using CRM systems (experience with MYP is a plus).
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to property sites as needed.
