Procurement Officer

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support the procurement needs of IIQAF. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services necessary for our organization's operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the procurement process from sourcing suppliers to contract negotiation and supplier selection.
- Develop and implement procurement plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and qualifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop procurement strategies that meet their needs.
- Monitor and track supplier performance and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable legal requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
