As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for our clients and applicants. Your passion for delivering outstanding service and building meaningful relationships will be the driving force behind your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host open homes and warmly welcome prospective tenants, providing them with an unforgettable experience.
  • Nurture and build long-lasting relationships with clients and applicants, fostering trust and confidence.
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including processing applications and selecting the ideal tenant.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless execution of tenancy administration tasks, such as entries and routine inspections.
  • Take charge of front-of-house duties, efficiently handling calls, greeting visitors, and managing key loans with precision.
  • Provide comprehensive sales administration and office support to enhance the broader team's productivity.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, leveraging your skills to drive results.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are essential for thriving in this dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively interact with clients, applicants, and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sales Registration Certificate and current driver's license are mandatory.
