Leasing Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Business Development Manager to join our esteemed business on the Gold Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to establish a strong presence in our dynamic and fun team environment, renowned for its expertise in real estate. Our modern office space fosters collaboration and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years BDM or sales experience and hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration. A strong punctuality and honesty record, excellent presentation skills, and a current driver's license with reliable vehicle are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and convert inbound leads from digital platforms, referrals, and internal networks into profitable leasing opportunities.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH LANDLORDS, EXISTING AND NEW, TO DELIVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS TAILORED TO CLIENT NEEDS THROUGH RENTAL APPRAISALS.
  • MANAGE THE FULL ONBOARDING PROCESS FROM SIGNED AGREEMENT TO A SMOOTH HANDOVER WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM.
  • ACTIVELY SOURCE NEW BUSINESS THROUGH LOCAL OUTREACH, PROSPECTING, AND BUILDING STRONG COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS.
  • PERFORM LEASING DUTIES FOR NEW BUSINESS PROPERTIES ONLY.
