About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Fintech company based in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing business queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring prompt resolution through inbound and outbound calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address business queries and troubleshoot issues through inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Engage with non-transacting customers, address concerns, and facilitate transactions.
  • Contribute to maintaining a low merchant churn rate.
  • Handle customer cancellations with the aim of resolving issues and retaining customers.
  • Review reports and develop action plans to proactively retain customers.
  • Provide education to merchants on product features and basic terminal usage.

About You:
