Customer Service Liaison

Talent Web is looking for a passionate customer service officer to join their team in a full-time permanent opportunity. This role involves working at the heart of the CBD on a hybrid basis.
About the Role:
- You will be assisting customers over the phone, email, and live chat regarding the use of the company's online platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels.
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve common goals.
- Must be able to work Tuesday to Friday (2PM - 10 PM) & Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays (12PM - 8PM), with penalty rates applying for weekend days.
About You:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call-centre environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eager to grow and learn within the company.
- Ability to work the outlined hours.
