Seeking a Customer Service Representative

Talent Web is looking for a passionate customer service officer to join their team in a full-time permanent opportunity. This role involves working at the heart of the CBD on a hybrid basis.

About the Role:

  • You will be assisting customers over the phone, email, and live chat regarding the use of the company's online platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels.
  2. Collaborate with the wider team to achieve common goals.
  3. Must be able to work Tuesday to Friday (2PM - 10 PM) & Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays (12PM - 8PM), with penalty rates applying for weekend days.

About You:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call-centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eager to grow and learn within the company.
  • Ability to work the outlined hours.
