**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team at Charterhouse.
About the Role
- As a Customer Support Liaison, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation, providing high-level customer service and support to stakeholders.
- You will answer phone calls, gather information, and pass details to specialist teams to provide answers and respond to enquiries.
- Ensuring callers feel heard and understood, you will also manage the inbox and reply to email enquiries.
- Other administrative duties will support the team as required.
Key Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities.
- High level of professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer literacy skills.
What We Offer
- Immediate start - initial 1 month contract with extension through to December 2027 confirmed for the right candidate.
- Sydney CBD location.
- Hybrid working flexibility available after training period.
- Full time, Monday to Friday.
- $40 - $45ph + super.
