As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for managing requests, prioritising work and providing excellent customer service through written and verbal communication channels.

About the Role

In this role, you will be accountable for actioning incoming work, managing project rostering and scheduling, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will also provide support to project managers in identifying opportunities for process and business improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and action incoming work within operational business rules and assigned Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Manage project rostering and scheduling.
  • Provide excellent customer service through written and verbal communication channels.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Meet targets in a demanding environment.
  • Support project managers in identifying opportunities for process and business improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong customer service experience, particularly in telecommunications.
  • Some familiarity with project rostering or scheduling.
  • Technical capability and ability to adopt new systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
