Job Description

We are seeking a Support Care Specialist to deliver personalized support to clients with disabilities.

This role involves assisting with personal care, administering medication, and manual handling.

The successful candidate will also support clients in making their own choices and building skills for independence.

Additionally, the Support Care Specialist will build positive relationships with clients and transport them in their own car.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will embody our values and be client-focused in their approach to care.
  • The Support Care Specialist must be available across various shift times, including early mornings, day shifts, afternoons, evenings, and awake overnights.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is required.
