About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our engineering team and overseeing the development of new products and services. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical teams to design and integrate complex systems.
- Communicating technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conducting regular reviews of developed artefacts to ensure quality and consistency.
- Contributing to planning and execution of product demonstration events.
- Working closely with the Cyber Security Manager to respond to security breaches and implement remediation actions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in ICT technical management, demonstrating personal leadership and delivery skills.
- Expertise in ICT infrastructure, integration design, infrastructure-as-code, and development methodologies.
- Leadership experience in DevOps / DevSecOps implementation.
- Experience creating and deploying code and configurations via a DevOps pipeline.
- Providing technical expertise and mentorship in a DevOps environment.
- Test and evaluation experience.
- Significant experience in IT and cyber security technical delivery or service operations.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
