Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-impact initiatives from concept through to implementation.

  • Support design, refinement, and execution of products on digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in insurance, with a deep understanding of product lifecycles.
  • Proven capability in product development, customer experience, or portfolio management.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous scenarios.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience navigating complex environments and change in large organisations.
