About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development of innovative software products. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our products and driving business growth.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, manage the product development lifecycle, and ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of product vision, roadmap, and execution plans
  • Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights from customers and market research
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical understanding of software products and effective communication with development teams
  • Experience managing product development life cycles and working in federal government
