About this Opportunity:

This is a critical role within the Clean Energy Regulator, responsible for leading the end-to-end management and delivery of digital products.

Using industry best practices in lean portfolio management and agile product delivery, the team defines product scope and supports product delivery phases through to closure and transition to business as usual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with government priorities.
  • Manage the portfolio value stream and epic backlog by prioritising and refining lean business cases and epics to deliver business value.
  • Lead a team of product managers and product owners, providing direction and guidance on business plans, priorities and performance.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to inform product development and strategic decision-making.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key partners and end-users.
  • Leads collaboration between product management, enabling and development teams to leverage emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and adherence to APS Values and Code of Conduct.
