Job Title: Programme Leader

We are seeking a Programme Leader to lead product streams within the Secure Communications Systems programme.

This is a permanent position based at our head office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall Agile leadership to the programme team.
  • Influence programme direction and outcomes through ongoing engagement with senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Maintain oversight of the Product Development roadmap and ensure forward planning is in place.
  • Empower teams to be creative, responsive, and collaborative across all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of tender responses and proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience managing projects or programmes ideally with a product focus.
  • Good foundation of knowledge in project management, including change management, engagement, communication, etc.
  • Experience with Product Management and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly desirable.
  • Defence knowledge and experience, as well as management of ASDEFCON contracts, is also desirable.
  • Currently hold a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance, or have the ability to obtain and maintain.
