The ideal candidate will lead the vision and strategy for the next phase of our flagship product, focusing on the aged care sector. The successful individual will be responsible for aligning stakeholders around the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, defining key metrics for product success, and gathering market/customer requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Align stakeholders around the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Gather market/customer requirements
  • Monitor product performance, test new features, and monitor competitors

Suitable Candidates:

We are seeking candidates with proven experience in product management, preferably in the education or aged care sector. A strong understanding of data analytics and customer insight skills is essential, along with basic UX knowledge and design experience. Familiarity with lean/agile product development methodology and social media marketing/ participant engagement communications skills are desirable. Collaborative working skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders are also required.
