Wine Industry Production Specialist

For a passionate wine enthusiast, this role offers an incredible opportunity to be part of our winery team in the Yarra Valley. As we approach the new vintage season, we are seeking skilled individuals to join us for the duration.

This is a supervised position that covers a range of duties including grape reception and testing, processing of fruit, juice and wine, operation of key equipment, maintenance of equipment and general housekeeping. The successful candidate will have good practical skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be prepared to:

  • Commence work in early February 2025 and commit to the entire vintage period (6-12 weeks)
  • Undergo employee screening prior to commencement
  • Participate in our company's extensive induction program
  • Work extended shifts as required

Prior experience within the wine industry and relevant training would be considered an advantage. Successful applicants must be committed, reliable, able to work as a team member and willing to learn new skills. All necessary training will be provided by us.
