**Qualifications & Experience:**

• Degree in Oenology or equivalent required

• Minimum 5 vintages of hands-on winery experience or 3 years post-degree experience required

• Strong analytical, sensory, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a contract winemaking setting

• Strong database skills

• Drive to produce high-quality wines, improve processes and business outcomes
