**Job Description:**

We're seeking an individual with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience using Google Sheets or Excel, as well as Zendesk or similar ticketing system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify customer needs and provide assistance.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions.
  • Update internal databases with information about technical issues.
  • Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Take initiative and thrive in an environment of multi-tasking.
  • Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude and be highly motivated.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have experience using vintrace software preferred.
  • Multilingual in Spanish, Italian or French is desirable.
