Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned civil engineer to join our infrastructure team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing defence projects and collaborating with clients and technical specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Project management and coordination of multidisciplinary defence civil projects.Developing a culture of outstanding delivery within the team by creating work flow processes from feasibility to detailed design;Providing coaching and mentoring to young team members on technical expertise and project planning; Business development activities including opportunity identification, client engagement, and project acquisition;Participation in transport leadership group to contribute to strategy definition and implementation;

About You:

You'll be a qualified Professional Engineer or Engineering Technologist with experience in general civil projects and strong links to the Australian Defence sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist qualification
