Key Role Summary

- Manage and grow top-tier accounts through strategic planning and negotiation
- Develop new business opportunities across all segments, identifying high-value initiatives for long-term profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise group-wide performance and drive revenue growth
- Lead presentations and negotiations with key stakeholders to secure deals
- Implement effective yield management strategies to ensure sustained profitability
- Provide regular reporting and quotations to support business decisions
- Represent the organisation at industry events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
