We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Estimator to join our team at New Venture Recruitment. As a leading Tier I national mechanical contractor, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects and providing exceptional career development opportunities.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience estimating mechanical service contracts in the Australian market. Key responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, evaluating cost estimates, and building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience estimating mechanical service contracts in the Australian market.
  • Industry Focus: Experience in Data Centres, Major Commercial, or Hospital projects is highly regarded.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in duct, pipe, and lagging takeoffs and confident in using estimating software.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
