About This Role

Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium of industry-leading Tier 1 organisations – John Holland, Service Stream, and WSP. Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services across their southern region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure accurate and timely estimation of works
  • Provide detailed analytical support for project cost plans, budget estimates, tenders, bids, and business cases
  • Implement project cost estimation standards, procedures, and tools
  • Maintain a benchmarking framework for projects, providing trend analysis to improve cost methodologies
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier and pricing databases
  • Apply knowledge of Cost Breakdown and Work Breakdown structures to enhance project outcomes
  • Support the HSEQ requirements of D4C and Sydney Water
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
  • Additional qualification in Project/Construction management (desirable)
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation, with a background in major infrastructure projects
  • Driver's licence (desirable)
  • White Card
