Drive Business Growth as a Practice Engagement Manager

As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to take on a challenging role that combines client-facing engagement with business growth strategies. We are looking for an experienced Associate Practice Engagement Manager who can build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading consulting engagements, managing multiple projects, and building effective relationships with CXO-level clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute a portfolio plan that meets the needs of our clients and drives business growth.

This role offers a unique blend of sales, marketing, and account management responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a key member of our Engineering Services Sales, Marketing, and Alliances team, you will be responsible for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Responsible for building a portfolio and driving revenues for the Engineering Business unit
  • Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and create innovative solutions
  • Client Delivery Assurance: Confirm client commitment and drive delivery process to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Pricing Decisions: Collaborate with relationship managers to make pricing decisions aligned with the Master Services Agreement
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue streams

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in leading client-facing consulting engagements
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Deep understanding of technologies such as IOT, IT-OT, and AI
