Job Title: Growth Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth across Commercial and Industrial sectors by leveraging industry connections and technical expertise.

This entails developing and implementing strategies for new business opportunities, including market analysis and business development plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on commercial business requirements and market trends to inform product development and future offerings.
  • Leverage existing and new industry relationships to secure business and expand market presence in Australia.
  • Negotiate and close client-focused solutions to achieve annual sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in a state or regional coating sales team or business development function with a track record of new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
  • An extensive network of relevant industry contacts to drive business growth.
  • Detailed knowledge of industrial coatings, including preparation, application methods, performance characteristics, and relevant standards (AS/NZS, ISO, ASTM, NACE).
