Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

Fugro is revolutionizing the world of Geo-data, and we're looking for bright minds to join us on this journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop winning pricing strategies for strategically important projects.
  • Participate in the proposal approval process (if applicable).
  • Serve as an escalation point for proposal teams on T&Cs, contractual reviews, and pricing strategy.
  • Have a certain level of authority on go/no-go decisions and pricing, as delegated by regional and/or Service Line management.
  • Oversee efforts to develop local or Service Line competitor analysis.

You will work collaboratively with project management and sales/Business Development teams, managing a team of proposal management professionals, coordinators, and assistants in one country and/or Service Line.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or proposal management role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
