What You'll Do

• Deepen and expand relationships across hospitals, aged care, and health distributors
• Identify and convert high-value new business opportunities
• Educate stakeholders on product benefits, infection control outcomes, and usage best practices
• Collaborate on product launches and clinical projects with internal teams
• Build lasting partnerships with decision-makers at all levels - from procurement to clinical leads

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise

• Proven sales success in medical, pharmaceutical, aged care, or hygiene industries
• Experience managing large, diverse territories — ideally in SA
• Knowledge of procurement processes in public/private healthcare is highly valued
• Background in selling consumables or infection prevention is an advantage
• Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Confident presenting to both clinical and commercial stakeholders
• Solutions-oriented, strategic, and commercially savvy
• Self-motivated and resilient with the ability to work autonomously
• Committed to continuous learning, collaboration, and ethical selling
