Empowering Injured Clients Through Rehabilitation

This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of injured clients by guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care, establishing collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.

  • Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments to empower clients in their recovery journey.
  • Actively contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.

You will have autonomy to work a mix of on-site, in the office, and from home, enjoying the flexibility of our hybrid work arrangement.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation (desirable, not essential).
  • Strong influencing skills to empower clients in their recovery journey.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
