About the Role

We are seeking individuals to fill a challenging position that empowers injured clients to thrive through innovative support and solutions. This role will be based in Western NSW (Bathurst, Orange or Dubbo).

This position involves delivering best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services to clients across all personal injury schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client portfolios with commitment and care
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
  • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments
  • Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
Requirements
  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey
