Job Title: Manager – Early Childhood and Community Programs

A key leadership role that empowers families, children, and communities to thrive.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to lead our dynamic team across the Central West and Orana regions.

  • About Us:
    • This not-for-profit organisation was established in 1988 providing professional social services to the families and communities in the Central West and Orana regions.
    • Our vision is for a society where every person's dignity is valued and communities thrive through respect, participation, and care.
  • The Role:
    • You will provide leadership and accountability across a suite of early childhood and family programs.
    • Build strong networks with community, government, and education partners.
    • Guide and empower your team with training, development, and support.
    • Oversee delivery of initiatives such as Targeted Early Intervention, Educational Outcomes for First Nations children, Educational readiness program like Home Interaction Program for Parents & Youngsters (HIPPY), and community events.
  • Requirements:
    • Relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in early childhood or community programs.
    • Proven leadership and facilitation skills.
    • Commitment to child safety, inclusiveness and strengths-based approaches.
    • Current Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check, and ability to meet criminal history clearance requirements.
