New Graduate to Senior Rehabilitation Consultant position in a flexible working environment, supporting recovery after injury or illness.

We are a national rehabilitation provider delivering best-in-class workplace rehabilitation and wellbeing services. Our team works with clients across all personal injury schemes, including Workers Compensation and Life insurance.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll empower injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care
  • Establish partnerships with clients and stakeholders to work through challenges and achieve safe outcomes
  • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments
  • Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel valued
  • Manage your time effectively across on-site, office and hybrid work environments

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
