We are seeking talented individuals to join our team in empowering injured clients to thrive.
This role will be based in Western NSW, offering a flexible hybrid working environment that balances productivity and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Portfolio Management: Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Establish partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
- Vocational Assessments: Conduct assessments to support recovery after injury or illness.
- Culture Contribution: Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.
- A degree as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
- Registration with relevant professional associations (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA).
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong influencing skills to empower clients in their recovery journey.
