Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Senior Banking Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of strategic initiatives in Business Banking.

You will have the opportunity to develop and lead high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong relationships.

Your primary focus will be on delivering customer advocacy, financial performance, and risk outcomes for your area.

You will also be responsible for developing strong partnerships with internal and external business partners to create and implement initiatives that support Small Business performance.

Additionally, you will proactively manage financial and non-financial risk, ensuring data quality and meeting compliance obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience preferably within Business Banking
  • Commercial lending experience
  • Demonstrated performance in delivering strong financial and customer outcomes
  • Proven capability in developing a risk-aware team culture and proactively managing financial & non-financial risk
  • Degree qualified in finance or business discipline strongly preferred
  • Post graduate qualification preferred
  • CAA and FRSA Tier 2 Accreditation
