Future Leader in Regional Banking

This rotational program is designed to provide a solid foundation in regional banking. Participants will engage in a 4-month learning experience, working closely with high-performing bankers in regional and rural Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake a rotational program to develop critical skills for a future in banking
- Develop relationships with past Alumni Grads and participate in mentoring relationships
- Work with experienced agribusiness and business bankers in regional and rural areas
- Engage in industry learning and ongoing skill development
- Proven customer service skills and a passion for Regional Business & Agribusiness
- Effective relationship management skills
- Prior working experience in a service environment would be advantageous
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
- Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program
- Be willing to relocate to a regional location for either the 4-month program or the first permanent role outside of the program
- Commit and be available to commence full-time employment
