The Administration Officer is a permanent, full-time role that plays a crucial part in supporting the company's operations through administrative functions. This position involves driving business goals by delivering excellent support and managing key customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities- Extensive data entry using MS Excel for tasks like cost tracking
- Invoicing and opening work orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Payroll support ensuring timely payment and compliance
- Providing exceptional customer service, including invoice follow-up and answering calls
- Customer reporting and collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate within a team
- Prior experience in an office environment with knowledge of payroll processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential for this role
- Able to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment (no remote work)
