Contract Administrator

ATLAS Recruitment is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join an established building contractor in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of building and refurbishment projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contractual documents, including variation orders and notices.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project cost reporting and forecasting, and prepare head contract progress claims and reports.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
- Subcontract Administration: Assist in the review and negotiation of subcontract packages and administer subcontractors.
- Request for Information: Prepare and submit requests for further information to architects and project managers.
- Scope of Works: Prepare scope of works and request quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Proven knowledge of the construction process, with approximately 2 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
