About the RoleThis is a permanent position for a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator to work on a remote $22m highway construction project in WA's Pilbara region. The successful candidate will be required to support the project management team throughout the delivery phase of projects, protecting the company's commercial position by assessing and managing risk throughout. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing progress claims and EOTs, Delay Notices (NoDs), assessment of subcontractor variations, and management of all related contractual correspondence.
Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Law
- Approximately 5+ years of civil/industrial construction experience as a Contract Administrator/Senior Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor
- Solid experience on civil/road infrastructure projects for construction contractors in Australia, including earthworks, drainage, roads/highways, and industrial developments
- Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator/Senior CA managing claims, variations, EOTs, and Notices of delay for civil/construction contractors
- Strong all-round communication skills and attention to detail
- Currently Perth based with existing rights to work in Australia
- Perth Based Permanent Role, No FIFO
