About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our Civil and Infrastructure team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Project Managers, Development Managers, and the wider commercial team in delivering unique and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial assistance to project teams on commercial and contractual matters
  • Coordinate the development and administration of contracts in accordance with Stockland's policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance of contract terms and conditions as part of the contract administration process and project handover
  • Establish and maintain internal and external stakeholders to maximize the value of implementing contracts
  • Sourcing support to Project Managers and Development Managers with tender and contracting process
  • Administer the process for stakeholders in accordance with the contract management and administration guidelines on key contracts
  • Drafting of minor works contracts and consultancy and other services agreements
  • Preparation of contract administration documentation including variations, EOT's, defect notices, general correspondence required under a contract
  • Assisting Project Managers and Development Managers in negotiations relating to contractual and commercial terms
  • Coordination of matters relating to Contract Works Insurance and Contract / Authority Securities
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Project Management systems and processes
  • Facilitating contract and commercial learning and development training for Project Managers and Development Managers
About You
  • Minimum 2-3 years' contract procurement administration experience in maintenance or infrastructure industries
  • ERP Systems experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced task-focused role
  • Contract or Project administration experience
  • SAP/S4 Hana and/or Ariba and Smartsheet experience (desirable)
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive business cases and acquisition proposals (desirable)
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills
