About the Role
  • Leverage expertise in media, advertising, publishing or marketing to drive strategic storytelling and inspire impactful campaigns.
  • Mentor and develop a team of strategy & insight managers to elevate agency capability.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving influence and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and deliver integrated media or content strategies that meet client objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • A creative commercial thinker with experience in developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to pitch, build narratives and deliver successful media or content strategies.
  • Able to identify business challenges and develop sharp, original insights to inform campaign development.
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders, able to thrive under pressure and drive results.
  • Pasionate about mentoring and developing others.
