We're currently seeking an Associate Director who is comfortable in leading client meetings & presenting to multiple stakeholders.
About the Role
This team focuses on supporting a multinational food and drink processing conglomerate brand, one of WPP Media's biggest clients, and are mainly Social and Programmatic focused (not much Search). The scope of the broader Implementation & Activation (I&A) team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, audience-first client outputs. Within the team, we have members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation, and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work, (e.g. Performance specialists who work across Social & Search). We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 2-3 days per week.
About the Team
The I&A Associate Director is a critical role, overseeing delivery across a team of implementation planning and activation specialists. As a leader you are responsible for supervising team workflow to ensure client demands are met, team workloads are balanced and ensuring a high level of effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders.
- Implement media plans & activations
- Advise clients on media channels and best-in-class approaches
- Roll out clients' communications plans into media
- Manage client budgets
- Manage a team of two & upskill team members in biddable media channels
Requirements
You'll thrive in this role if you have a great attitude, attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and are comfortable leading client meetings and presenting to multiple stakeholders. We're also looking for:

At our company, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.
