About this role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our merchants from deal closed to account activation, onboarding, and implementation of Zeller within their business.

You will bring a deep knowledge of product to project-manage the onboarding stage of the sales process and ensure documentation of feature requests within the merchant's account with us is accurate to inform future product development and updates.

A successful Implementation Specialist will deliver an amazing onboarding experience for our merchants, accelerate the post-deal won sales cycle, aid retention and product understanding by specializing in onboarding and training, and drive efficiency in the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage deals processing over $250K from close through to transacting who require implementation support.
  • Deliver training and instructions to enable merchants to meet their go-live timeline.
  • Identify and address blockers or obstacles during the implementation cycle, manage partner communication, and create strategies to improve the process.
  • Be an expert in our growing product ecosystem by keeping up-to-date with product updates and feature releases.
  • Track merchant interaction in Hubspot CRM.
  • Provide regular feedback and maintain relationships with internal teams to ensure we deliver a great product and service.

Your typical day includes:

  • Managing an implementation pipeline: Prioritize your schedule of merchant implementation passed to you through the Sales deal close workflow.
  • Implementations: Onsite or virtual consultations with merchants to support account setup, individual/team training on value and use of our products, and account optimization.
  • Team interaction: Attend and provide feedback at recurring Sales/Account Management team meetings.
  • Data entry: Configure a merchant's account and enter data within their HubSpot profile to enable future CRM and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Support.
  • Outstanding time management and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Fast problem-solving skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • An infectiously positive attitude.
