Role Overview
  • You will contribute to core advisory, solution delivery, and client engagement actions as a Lead Consultant.
  • Your key responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in the ServiceNow space to drive key outcomes for our practice and clients.

Your day-to-day will vary but you can expect to:

  • Analyse and improve client business processes in areas such as IT Strategy & Operations, HR Management, Governance Risk & Security, Cyber Security Management, and Customer Service Management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand operational challenges and design effective solutions aligned to platform capabilities and business requirements.
  • Leverage consultancy skills on business process design, configuration, and optimisation.
  • Lead projects and a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, successful implementation, and high client satisfaction.

You'll have diverse project opportunities including early-stage demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, hosting requirements workshops, solution designs, test planning, deployment, and hyper care activities.

Key Eligibility

As this role involves working with a Federal Government client, we're seeking Australian Citizens with an active Baseline or higher security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • We require ServiceNow platform expertise, particularly in design and development, platform workflows, applications, core platform capabilities, governance, and scalability.
  • You'll need strong experience developing with languages/technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST, SOAP communication protocols, SSL, SAML 2.0, and SDLC methodologies.
  • We'd also like to see analytical approaches and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
