• Getting a customer off the starting blocks and across the finish line.

What can I learn and how can I grow with Work Perfect?

• Become a strong Solutions Implementation Consultant - Take part in all phases of

the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution development, documentation, integrations, and enablement activities.

• Business process analysis and design – Take part in workshops with customers, gathering user

requirements and providing business process recommendations throughout solution delivery.

• Become a Subject matter expert (SME) in the latest digital technology – Learn & develop a solid

understanding of technology platforms like and Make (formerly known as Integromat).

• Become a Trusted Advisor – Learn how to proactively manage customers to become their trusted

advisor for their workflow solutions.

What values and skills do I need to be successful in the role?

• Consultant: 0 to 2+ years' work experience as Business Analyst and/or Business Process Consultant or similar role
• Senior Consultant: 3+ years' work experience as Business Analyst and/or Business Process or similar role
• Exposure to understanding business requirements
• Logical questioning, reasoning and problem-solving skills to help find optimal solutions
• Curiosity and ability to convert ambiguity into structured problem statements
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Reside in Australia
• Willingness to learn, grow and be part of our team

What will make me stand out?

• Exposure to business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goals.
• Experience mapping business processes and workflows, including creating flowcharts using UML and BPMN notation.
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking skills.
• product knowledge and implementation experience.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier, , Workato, etc.
• Knowledge/interest in APIs, app development, running training and enablement sessions, and technical troubleshooting.
