Job Title: Business Process Consultant
">We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with business stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and translate business needs into logical, structured, and actionable requirements.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.">
- Break down large, ambiguous problems into smaller, well-defined tasks or use cases.">
- Create process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and other artefacts.">
- Translate business needs into logical, structured, and actionable requirements.">
- Work closely with developers, testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure accurate implementation.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.">
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills – able to approach problems methodically.">
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex ideas simply.">
- Experience in writing clear, structured documentation (e.g. user stories, use cases, BRDs).">
