This role involves designing innovative human and machine experiences using data insights to shape the future.

As a Business Analyst, you will assist with identifying, developing, and deploying end-user solutions in system implementation. You will use design thinking methodologies and collaborate with clients and their teams to ensure business requirements are comprehensively addressed.

You will also provide leadership and advisory services in project management, business process development, implementation support, and end-user training. You will act as a liaison between clients and consultants, particularly during the initial phase of projects.

In this role, your focus will be on business analysis and you will work closely with product managers and product owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Functional Requirements: Document functional and non-functional requirements; ensure alignment with business processes; interface with clients and internal teams; translate and validate requirements; own the requirements process.
  • Lead Workshops and Design Solutions: Lead client workshops; analyze business process decomposition; design solutions for application and process gaps; prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints; automate workflows; test configurations; educate users.
  • Stakeholder Management and Facilitation: Support UAT, coordinate patches/upgrades, stay current with technologies.
  • Agile Experience: Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, ensure clear user stories, enable cross-team collaboration; adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Certifications such as IIBA CBAP or PMI-PBA (required).
  • Experience working with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies; advanced usage of M365 Copilot for summarizing notes and drafting content; prompt tuning for better AI output; knowledge of Responsible AI and prompt engineering; knowledge of AI in business processes and AI-enabled requirements workflows; knowledge of AI use cases and use case design.
  • Ability to effectively facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
