About the Role

We are seeking a Senior leader to join our ANZ team as the Regional Director of the East Coast. This role encompasses P&L responsibility for multidisciplinary operations in NSW & QLD. Oversee teams working across the built environment, civil infrastructure, facades, advisory and regional admin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies for the region in line with Meinhardt ANZ's overall vision.
  • Business Development: Identify new client opportunities, drive business growth, and stabilize and expand operations in NSW and QLD.
  • Client Management: Serve as Project Director for select projects, maintain relationships with existing clients, manage key accounts, and promote the full range of services.
  • Team Development: Collaborate with HR and Discipline Directors to foster staff growth and team development.
  • Compliance and Innovation: Ensure adherence to risk management and contract review processes, oversee financial and engineering practices, and champion innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in securing multidisciplinary work, with excellent communication skills and over 20 years of industry experience.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Structures), postgraduate qualifications, professional memberships, and Chartered Professional Engineer registration and/or National Engineering Register.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrated business development skills, commercial acumen, results-oriented mindset, commitment to innovation, talent recognition, and motivational drive.
