Job Overview

 

As a key contributor to driving engagement and growth across the hotel, this role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy Talent & Culture Department.

 

This position offers an exciting new challenge for those who have previous experience in HR, administration, customer service or a similar support role, with a passion for people and service.

  • Supporting employee experiences, from onboarding to celebrations.
  • Providing administrative support across the Ambassador Lifecycle, ensuring accurate records and documentation are up-to-date.
  • Assisting in the delivery of internal comms, newsletters, and staff events.
  • Managing onboarding materials, keycards, uniforms, and HR tools.
  • Supporting audits, reports, compliance, and file management.
