Culture and Employee Experience Coordinator

As a key contributor to driving engagement and growth across the hotel, this role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy Talent & Culture Department.
This position offers an exciting new challenge for those who have previous experience in HR, administration, customer service or a similar support role, with a passion for people and service.
- Supporting employee experiences, from onboarding to celebrations.
- Providing administrative support across the Ambassador Lifecycle, ensuring accurate records and documentation are up-to-date.
- Assisting in the delivery of internal comms, newsletters, and staff events.
- Managing onboarding materials, keycards, uniforms, and HR tools.
- Supporting audits, reports, compliance, and file management.
