Business Partner for Employee Experience

We are seeking an experienced business partner to drive employee experience initiatives and provide strategic support to our organization.

  • Conduct complex case management, coordinate team efforts, and manage client portfolios with full partnering scope.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for business units, providing advice on people practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive compliance, performance, and employee engagement within business units, mitigating risk and driving outcomes.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters within business units, applying knowledge and expertise to create and implement cultural initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Proven experience in conducting, coordinating, and reporting on complex case management matters using digital tools and analytics.
  • Demonstrated capability in providing human resources generalist advice in large or complex organizations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources management or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience, driving engagement and retention.
  • Provide guidance on people practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive compliance, performance, and employee well-being within business units.
  • Apply expertise to create and implement cultural initiatives, promoting a positive work environment.
