About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Culture and Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in fostering a workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders on people-related matters, providing advisory support, remuneration guidance, problem-solving expertise, and engagement strategies.
  • Support the design and execution of People & Culture programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve employee relations, recognizing and addressing challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with exposure across all functions and confidence in advising on employee relations matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
