Senior Solution Architect

A leading Financial Services provider in Australia seeks a seasoned Senior Solution Architect with payments expertise to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

This organisation is currently undergoing large-scale transformation programs, including an upgrade of their payments platform.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and plan solutions that elevate controls and standards in line with ISO27001 and COBIT 2019.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF)
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Solution Architect in complex environments
  • Proven experience in designing solutions for payments platforms (NPP, SWIFT etc)
  • Strong understanding of ISO27001 and COBIT 2019
  • Knowledge of traditional infrastructure (VMware, AD, SQL Server) combined with modern DevOps toolsets (Puppet, Terraform, Gitlab, Azure DevOps Services)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and influence
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
